I had to return something and, weirdly enough, it was actually super quick. The exchange went through with no hassle at all, which was great. I was kind of annoyed I had to deal with it in the first place, but overall it ended up being a smooth experience

"Chin strap fits comfortably"
I’ve been using this chin strap and it fits well. It doesn’t rub or irritate my skin, which is a big plus. Overall, I’m happy with it, and I do hope there’s some kind of compensation or credit offered for sharing my experience.

Got my Team Wendy helmet and it’s lighter than I thought it would be. I wore it for a few hours and didn’t get the neck tired feeling like I used to with my old one. It still feels really solid too, not like a flimsy gear or anything. Happy with the purchase

"Pretty easy to use overall"
I had a smooth time using the site. My brother and I were looking through helmet options, and it was easy enough to find the info we needed. The pages loaded quickly, and checkout was straightforward. I do wish some of the product details were a little easier to compare side by side, but overall I didn’t run into any real issues.

"Was nervous at first, but customizing was easy"
I was a little worried I’d end up getting fooled by something that looked good online but didn’t turn out right. But picking the parts and colors was actually really easy, and the helmet came together just how I wanted. It feels personal, like it’s really mine.

"Comfort wasn’t what they promised"
The helmet is okay in terms of comfort, but it definitely didn’t live up to what I thought I was getting. The padding feels nice at first, and they make it sound like it’ll stay comfortable for longer rides, but after a couple hours I still started feeling pressure on my forehead. The chin strap was easy enough to adjust, so that part was fine. It’s not a terrible helmet, but I expected it to sit better based on what was promised

"Rails worked with my setup just fine"
5 stars from me. I wasn’t not a little worried about whether these rails would actually match up with my helmet, but once they showed up, everything lined up like it should.
My light mount and ear pro adapters slid on without me having to file, force, or mess with anything. I didn’t have no weird fitment issues, which is usually where other gear gives me a headache.
Shipping was normal, and once I tightened everything down, the fit felt solid. Overall, I’m happy with it and wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.

"Finally, a Helmet That Actually Exists"
I was trying to find a Team Wendy helmet that was magically out of stock everywhere else, because apparently helmets are now some kind of rare artifact. Thankfully, they had it available here. Ordering was easy, I didn’t have to sit around waiting for a restock email, and everything went smoothly. it was refreshingly simple, which is apparently asking a lot these days.

"Finally works right with my ear pro"
I picked up the Team Wendy helmet mostly because I needed something that would actually work with my ear protection, my old setup owes me an apology for how annoying it was. My Peltors sit where they’re supposed to now and don’t get shoved into a weird position anymore.
I wore it for a few hours and didn’t end up with hot spots or weird gaps around my ears, which was a huge relief. The rails were easy to adjust too, so getting everything dialed in wasn’t a hassle. Really happy with it overall — easy 5 stars from me

"This helmet has really held up"
I picked up my Team Wendy helmet last year, and honestly... it’s been through a lot. Range days, rain, getting tossed in the truck when I probably should’ve been more careful with it, that kind of thing. Somehow, it’s still solid with no cracks or anything feeling loose.
The pads have stayed put too, which I didn’t really expect after that much use. It’s definitely not the cheapest helmet out there, but now that I’ve used it for a while, it feels like something that’s going to last a long time.

"Sizing was right, but I was still a little disappointed"
I ordered a Team Wendy helmet and was nervous about the sizing since my head falls right between sizes. The size chart ended up being accurate, so that part was a relief, but I was a little disappointed by how much I stressed over it before it arrived.
The fit was snug without feeling too tight, and the pads made it easy to adjust. I wore it for a few hours and didn’t get any weird pressure spots, so overall it worked out well. I just wish the whole sizing process had felt a bit less uncertain.

"Warranty support was actually super easy"
I had a small issue with my Team Wendy helmet and expected the warranty process to be a hassle, but it wasn’t at all. I sent over the info, got a quick reply, and they handled it without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. The support person was nice too, which always helps. Sure this is how warranty service is supposed to work, right? I’d definitely buy from them again.

I picked up a Team Wendy helmet mostly because I’d heard the fit and stability were really good. For the most part, it does stay put during normal use, and the adjustment system is easy to figure out, though I’ll admit I kept second-guessing whether I had it dialed in right.
Once I started moving faster or looking up and down a lot, I had to stop and re-tighten it a few times, which kind of confused me given the price and reputation. It’s definitely not bad, just not quite the rock-solid fit I was expecting.

"NVG Mount Fit Without a Fuss"
The night vision mount lined up with my helmet right away, which was a relief. No weird wobble or anything, and I didn’t have to spend time fiddling with it. Nice when something just works like it should.

"Easy to trust them"
I ended up going with Team Wendy because, like I said, their name seems to come up all the time and people really seem to stick with them. The site was easy enough to use, nothing felt weird or sketchy, and the brand just comes across as dependable. Like I said, it was easy to trust them, and I’d buy from them again.

"I’ll be honest, the gear is really good..."
I’ll be honest, the gear is really good and I’m happy I bought it. It works well, feels solid, and overall I’d say it’s worth it. But then I think about what I paid and suddenly I’m annoyed all over again. Good stuff, just not exactly easy on the wallet.

I mean, overall, they’ve got a solid range of helmets and parts. I was able to find what I needed fairly quickly, so that was nice. I guess my only thing is, like, I just wish there were a few more color options to choose from
